Here, we have listed the terms and conditions pertaining to the use of ITAD.net by customers for the purchase of any products or services available on the platform. These terms cover and are guided by all current laws applicable. You are requested to read these conditions attentively before you begin to use this website for making any purchases. We may update these terms and conditions anytime, please look at them again in the future.

 

Returns

If for any reason, you do not want to go ahead with your service (onsite or off-site) from ITAD.net, you can cancel it before it starts off as scheduled. You will be notified the service start date and the details of our representative who will be leading it. For the products you bought from us but wish to return them, you can cancel the order and return the items within 15 days from the day your order was delivered, to avail of refund. To get a full refund, you must not have used the product, set it up or added any software or data to it.

 

Exchange and Replacements

We understand that as a customer, you would not like the product you ordered from us to be defective, malfunctioning, or getting damaged during the transit. In any of these scenarios, you can initiate a request for exchange of a service or replacement of the product. To do so, please examine the product immediately after it is delivered to you and read complete terms and conditions of the service you have chosen before it starts for you. If you are not satisfied and want to go for an exchange, do inform our team, or put in a request on our website.

 

Refunds

If the products received by you are damaged or faulty and you do not want a replacement, we will offer a refund for the same. The request for return and refund needs to be placed within 15 days of receiving the product, provided you have carefully checked it and haven’t started using it. It’s original packaging must be intact and the order invoice should be available. Talk to any of our support representatives or cancel your order and request refund in your ‘orders’ section on our website. Do state the clear reason for return and any other details required. After receiving the said product in unused condition, we will refund full amount to your account used for payment.

 

Handling and Security of Data on Devices

ITAD.net will not be able to return any equipment after it has been picked from customer’s location for any of the listed ITAD services. Clients also need to take a backup of the useful data on this equipment and keep it safely stored with them. ITAD.net will carry out requested data erasure services according to the terms in the agreement, handling the data and the devices with reasonable care. There is no guarantee that the data destruction process will leave the equipment completely free from any residual data. The clients need to protect any sensitive or confidential data residing on Equipment. We do not make any recommendations regarding the reliability of one data destruction method over another.
